Recent Achievements
The Current Administration of Hargeisa Group Hospital in cooperation with the Ministry of Health Development, and other cooperating partners is endeavoring o advance capacity and quality service of the Hospital to communicate implementation of the National Health Policy & Strategies, the Country’s National Development Plan II, and Somaliland Vision 2030. HGH has improved Human Resource Management and developed appropriate relevant Policies and Procedures, Internal rules, and effective guiding procedures in the areas of staffing processes, orientation and training, attendance and leaves, discipline and performances appraisal of the Hospital Employees in order to improve efficiency and quality service delivery for the people in Somaliland.
